Wella Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% is to be used with Color Touch color.

Directions:

– Apply Color Touch to pre-shampooed, towel-dried hair using either a brush and bowl or an applicator bottle.
– Recommended development time- 20 minutes.
– Emulsify and rinse until the water runs clear.
– Follow with Performance Plus Antioxidation Conditioning Rinse.
